Kerry O’Brien, IOM, CAE serves as the Executive Director for the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS). She has a strong track record of growing membership and improving the financial position of organizations she has led over the past 20 years. Major keys to Kerry’s leadership success are building community that provides value, establishing efficiencies in workflow, resourceful and purposeful uses of technology, and the presentation of profitable events.

Kerry reaches out in all directions to develop synergistic relationships with members, sponsors and other stakeholders. She believes there is a true need today to create opportunities for connection, collaboration and belonging, and considers it a true honor to work with associations to meet that need.

High value treats for Kerry include time with her husband, children, grandchildren and Goldendoodles, good belly laughs, a yoga or improv class with friends, any day at the beach, and that one time she went skydiving with the Golden Knights.
