Menomonee Falls, WI – Dana Murn, CAE, has been named the Academy Director of the Michigan Academy of Physician Associates (MAPA) and Executive Director of the Society for Mucosal Immunology (SMI). Both MAPA and SMI are managed by Association Acumen, an award-winning accredited association management firm based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Dana has over fifteen years of combined standalone association and association management company (AMC) experience. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve their missions by cultivating innovative solutions. Dana uses her expertise to drive strategic initiatives in partnership with boards, committees, vendors, and colleagues.

Dana is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and was an inaugural recipient of the Young Professional Award from the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
