The Minnesota Academy of PAs (MAPA) is a 501(c)(6) representing Minnesota Physician Assistants, holds 2 CME Conferences annually with 50-180 attendees per conference.

The Challenge

Identify strategic goals for 3-year plan for growth of membership, education and legislative influence and provide clear roadmap for ongoing initiatives to define success and guide decisions.
